Anhui Wanwei Updated High Tech Material Industry Co Ltd, a core holding subsidiary of Anhui Wanwei Group Co Ltd, was established in May 1997 as a joint-stock company solely initiated by the former Anhui Vinylon Plant. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 1997.
